When configuring an e-mail for a user in Winner Bizz, users might encounter an error message stating that "Authentication unsuccessful, SmtpClientAuthentication is disabled for the Tenant".
This message appear because of a change in the Microsoft security and Exchange Online settings (see Enable or disable SMTP AUTH in Exchange Online | Microsoft Learn).
You can parameter this settings on company level or per user level.
Per company

Per user
- Open the Microsoft 365 admin center and go to Users > Active users.
- Select the user, and in the flyout that appears, select Mail.
- In the Email apps section, select Manage email apps.
- Verify the Authenticated SMTP setting: unchecked = disabled, checked = enabled.
- When you're finished, select Save changes.
