Sales

• Fix incorrect invoice data in Quotation Summary after cancelling an invoice with partial and full credit note
• Improvement in the Project list performance
• From now on, the financing offer template will be automatically selected whenever the quotation reaches or exceeds the minimum amount specified in the template settings. In cases where the quotation surpasses this minimum threshold, the loan amount will be simulated up to the maximum loan limit established in the settings. For example, if the maximum loan amount is set at 1000 euros and the quotation comes to 999 euros, the system will simulate the loan amount based on the actual quotation of 999 euros rather than the maximum limit. This ensures that the financing offer accurately reflects the quotation amount while respecting the predefined loan boundaries.

Purchase

• Fix an anomaly when generating supplier order in the case of some items changed to a new supplier delivery
• Improvement in the Supplier confirmation and Supplier invoice list performance
• Fix an anomaly where the step Approve for order in the Workflow was not executable anymore

After-Sales

• Default filter 'Open' will now also display the complaints with a confirmation sent to customer

Financial

• Fix an anomaly when changing the payment calendar of a sales contract, the previous payment calendar was still appearing
• Improvement in the accountancy export for final invoices to ensure the VAT amount matches the contract VAT amount
• Exact Online is fully operational again

Miscellaneous

• Adjustment in the import of settings
• Server job will now automatically restart itself to install any downloaded files
• Interface improvement: the reports filter button has be moved so that the drop-down list does not hide the button anymore
