In Winner Bizz, once the user has sent the quotation and received the confirmation contact from the builder or contractor, the user must invoice the complete building project to the contractor or builder based on the contract.
From the menu Customer invoices, add a new invoice for the project by clicking Add new.
The below window will open. Select Invoice for building project. (1)
The generated invoice is based per design and the user can also define the quantity to be invoiced. For example, if the user has prepared an initial project with 6 kitchens and in the end only 4 will be needed, click Edit quantity (2).
Note: Users can start generating invoices for a building project once the status is at least on contract confirmation sent.
Invoicing of a final project
The final project can be linked to one end-customer; a new customer can also be created in this step.
This ensures that the invoice address will be correct, and all the following documents within this final project will be saved in the correct customer follow-up.
If there is no modification in relation to the standard basic sold product, there is no extra charge for the end-customer.
The quotation in Winner Design will automatically show purple lines, one per article and per VAT group, to adjust the new commercial part regarding the standard sold product.
If there are changes in the design that were not initially included in the standard sold product, the quotation will show in the adjustment line the price increase. When printing the sales contract this price increase will be charged to the end-customer.
To invoice this price increase between kitchen dealer and end-customer, follow the regular workflow. The amount will consist of the price increase, as already shown in the quotation. The invoice address will be the end-customer address.
Payment Calendar
Like for every other project, users can set a payment calendar for your Building project.
The payment calendar can be seen while editing the sales contract or within the Winner Design toolbar.
