From building project to Final building project

In Winner Bizz, to create a final building project, select the building project in question, right-click, and select Building functions > Final project > Create a new final project from this project.

Allocating the design to a final end-customer

Winner Bizz will open a new window summarising all information concerning the final building project.

At this stage the user can choose which design to allocate to the final end-customer.

Choose the final end customer (1) then select the design the customer has chosen (2) and enter the desired quantity. 

In case the user has already exceed the level quantity, users can still select a design for final customer, for example, to prepare another suggestion for the customer. But users will not be allowed to print more sales contracts than the original quantity from the building project. (3)

Users can also change the milieu (4).

One design allocated to one final-end customer.

Winner Bizz will ask the user if they wish to approve the alternative for ordering directly. Click No if the user wishes to follow the usual workflow.

The Alternative dates window will open, here users can set dates of order and quotation, and set the dates for delivery and work reservation.

If stocks are available for this project, the stocked item availability window will appear. Please do as you see fit in this case, and click Save.

Users will be redirected to the project list view, in which the user's final building project will appear as a project with a green folder.

The user's alternative status is set on approved for order as per previous selection. The user's final building project is created and correctly allocated. Users can now follow the usual workflow.

The user's alternative will behave the exact same way as any other alternative inside Winner Bizz. Users will be able to invoice the client, schedule works and perform modifications as per customer requests.

Users can also see in the project list view that your building project reflects the allocation of the user's design to the final end-customer.

Follow the same steps to allocate each design to the desired final end-customers.

Users can allocate one design to single client or several designs to a single client.

Multiple alternatives inside a final building project

When creating a final building project, users can create several alternatives for the same end customer inside his final building project, with different quotations, all within the same project. 

If the user wishes to quickly find the designs affiliated to a final project, select the final project and the right designs will be highlighted at the same time. It also works in reverse; by selecting one of the designs, the final project it is affiliated to will be highlighted.
