In the tab Default printing messages, users can manage the messages which will be used on sales document printouts.
With the parameter Document type, users can switch between the different types of messages, for instance quotation, sales contract, etcetera.
Users may notice that there is always a Message 1 and a Message 2. Message 1 is printed in the beginning of the printout, before the list of items itself. Message 2 is printed at the end of the printout, right after the list of items.
In case the user wants to use deviating values inside a printing message, users can put placeholders into the printing message. Click Add variables. In the context menu, users will see a small selection of available placeholder values they can use.
Modify the printing messages as desired. User's changes will be kept when switching between the different document types, and saved when the user clicks Save.
Note: If the user exits the window without saving, their changes will be lost.
