Forms

• When printing a 0e invoice, open the final invoice forms instead of partial invoice forms
• Fix a forms where prices were missing if the last payment calendar line was empty

• Adjustment in the report 'Shop entries for export', addition of the field Shop entry ID
• Adjustment in the report 'Alternative list for export', addition of the fields Alternative ID, Customer ID, Project ID and Project creation date
• Adjustment in the report 'Alternative itemline for export', addition of the fields Alternative ID, Alternative state ID and Sales price including VAT, and renamed the 'Last purchase price' column as 'Catalogue purchase price excl. VAT'
