In Winner Bizz, there are three ways of adding items in stock. You can either do this from the Storage management list, or from the Supplier order reception.
Add an item
This function can be used to register stocked items which are not related to a catalogue, for example, tiles, tools or wallpapers
- From the Storage management list, click Add New > Item
- The dialog Edit stocked item appear.
- Fill in the required information under the tab General, Attributes, Model and finishes and Additional description. For more information, see Edit stocked item dialog description.
- Click Save.
- The article now appears in the Storage management list.
Add an item from a catalogue
- From the Storage management list, click on Add New > Item from catalogue.
- Select the storage location in which you want to add the new item.
- Winner Design opens.
- Click on New > Item Line.
- Click on Add to, select the suppliers, the catalogue, the item and then click OK.
- Once your articles added, you can change the quantity available by using Edit or the Model/price details.
- Click Save and Close.
- Your item has been added to your storage management list.
Add an item in stock from a supplier order reception
- Select Logistics > Supplier order reception > select the reception > Order reception.
- From the Supplier order reception registration dialog, select the item you wish to add to your stock
- Click Reception and then, in the Reception window, click Save.
- Click Put in stock > select the Location > Save.
- The status goes green and the Reception status reads: Put in stock.
