Communication

  • Fix a display anomaly when reading an email from the Task and Mail tab

  • Fix an anomaly when users tried to create a new Contact using an external service with a Workflow personalized step
  • Improved the search function in User Schedule
  • Fix an anomaly : when user sent a document by email from the Customer follow up, the document was not added as attachment if the parent folder was selected at the same time.

  • The color of the user schedule (My schedule) is now synchronized with the work schedule.

Sales

  • Fix an anomaly when changing the company name with a new name containing more than 16 characters

  • Fix an anomaly where alternative condition was not updated after a change in the VAT profile

  • Amendments user message alerting that the contract is missing a modified sales contract when running the automatic invoicing will be hidden to avoid having to click several times for each case.
  • Addition of the API key parameters in the web service calls executed during the web page process of a personalized Workflow Step
  • Added more information in the EANCOM error message
  • The auto-task "New order has to be controlled" will be sent to the client at the same time as the step set in Control order settings ("on approved for order" or "on sales contract signed"), and will be set as "finished". It is only if the user reset the step "Control order" manually that the auto-task will be updated to "to-do".
  • Fix an anomaly where opening the Customer follow-up with a selected alternative in the projects list highlighted the project instead of the alternative
  • Fix an anomaly where creating a new project and a new design in WD, then clicking Save and Close in WD would not refresh the project list in Winner Bizz and therefore would not display the changes made in WD. 
  • Fix an anomaly where the credit notes were considered in the margin tables, causing wrong calculation

Work

Financial

  • Improvements in the Sage exported files:

    • Addition of an additional save of the settings object

    • Adjustment of the direction of the accountancy export in Sage

    • Set the "Pièce" value equals to the invoice number

    • Set the third-party account as the general account when specified

    • Addition of the restriction to only print the analytic writing when the general account number starts with 6 or 7

  • The message for missing payment is now hidden if Payment registration step is inactive

After-sales

  • Fix an anomaly : documents were added twice in the complaint

Forms 

  • NL ONLY - Remove "Preferred Delivery date" from Alternative details subprintings for Invoice forms
  • NL ONLY - Fixed typo where the "." was missing at the end of the sentence

  • NL ONLY - Change title on Delivery note form from 'Afleverbon' to 'Afhaalbon' in case of printing a Pick-up work subtype

Reports

  • Adjustment in the payment overview report to not multiply amounts per designs quantity.
  • Fixed VAT percentage in VAT Amount fields not correctly displayed in "Received payments overview" report
  • Fix an anomaly with the After-Sales reports, displaying an error message "Could not convert variant of type string into type double" and "Incorrect syntax near ')'".

Extension

  • BI : Correction of the SalesBlockName field in the table BIQUotationLines that was always empty

  • Adjustment in the BIALTERNATIVE table, to take into account only the latest state of the alternative, and avoid having duplicates.

Miscellaneous

  • Fix an anomaly when importing application settings
  • Winner Design hotfix 12.4a2.5 is now available for Winner Bizz 12.0j6.
