Requesting a customised form

In Winner Bizz, it is possible to use a variety of standard forms and to customise them directly within the software. For more information, see Customise a printing.

However, if you wish to create a custom form that is not possible in Winner Bizz, then we offer a paid service to create custom forms to your specifications. Alternatively, if you feel that your requested template will improve the standard form set and will benefit all users of Winner Bizz, you can request this as an improvement.

Types of requests

• Adding specific fields not covered by standard forms.
• Making a cover page.
• Adding logos and pictures.
• Any changes not covered by options in customised forms.
• Editing information fields.

Note! We are unable to supply fig codes to edit forms. Should you require any changes to be made to the forms please follow the process to request a bespoke form customisation.

Information required for customising forms

To ensure that the team can send an accurate quotation on the work required for the custom forms please supply the following information:

1. A .zip file of any customised forms already created for your company.
   
   
2. A screenshot of the standard form options you are using.
   
   
3. A .pdf file of the printout from Winner Bizz.
   
   
4. A mock-up of the required modification. This can be sent via an .rtf or word document.
   Note! Please do not send images or .pdf files, as it will not allow us to check important details such as the font, font size, interlining, bookmarks, etcetera. 
   
   
5. If specific fields or data are to be taken from Winner Bizz, for example, name, telephone number, etcetera, please indicate precisely from which part of the software this information is to be extracted, for example, company number, salesperson name, etcetera.
   
   
6. If a non-standard font is used, please provide us with the font.
   
   
7. If any images are to be added they must be high resolution .jpeg or .png files. Please send us the images separately or insert them in the mock-up. 
   Note! The maximum recommended size for an image is 1 mb.

Bespoke form customisation is chargeable based on each individual request.
