In Winner Bizz, projects and alternatives can be filtered by different statuses according to the stage of the sales journey. Some statuses such as Lost and Definitely lost are taken into account in specific reports, for example Sales per salesperson / lost project. This article will go through the different Project and Alternative statuses available in Winner Bizz.
Project statuses
The status of your projects is visible in the column Status of your Project list. You can filter it by selecting Search > Current Values > Project status. The project status can be used internally for organisational purposes and can be set by the user by selecting Properties > Project properties > Project status.

Active
Note: This status is set automatically when a new project is created.
- Pending
- Finished
- Lost
- Discontinued
- Definitely lost
Alternative statuses
The status of your alternatives is visible in the column Status of your Project list. You can filter it by selecting Search > Current Values > Alternative status. The alternative status can be used internally for organisational purposes and can be set by the user by selecting Properties > Alternative Properties > Quotation status.
