When publishing your personalisation, you might see one of these three error messages appear.
Upload error 100500: Invalid Instance ID
This error message might appear after you changed the CMC server.
If you cannot retrieve the settings file from the former CMC server, you should contact our Support team who will operate a reset instance ID. This operation takes approximatively 10 minutes.
Upload error 100500: There is not enough space on the disk
This error message is displayed when there is not enough space on the disk. You should contact our Support team.
Upload error 12002
This error message appears when there are too many old versions of catalogues. You can solve this by unpublishing old catalogue versions. You can also prevent this error from happening by regularly unpublishing catalogues you that do not use anymore.
