Send an email to a worker from the Customer follow up

From Winner Bizz version 12.0i, it is possible to send a document to a worker by email via the Customer follow up.

From the Customer follow up, go in the Documents section, right-click on the document you want to send and select Send by email to > Worker > the worker's email address.
