Once your BI is set up in Winner Bizz, you can import this data into your data visualisation software such as Power BI or Microsoft Excel.

How to import data in Power BI
- Select Get Data > ODataFeed.
- In the URL field, enter the BI service URL displayed in the BI Connector dialog in Winner Bizz.
- Enter the security key displayed in the BI connector dialog in the password field.
Note! The User name field is not mandatory
- Select the tables.
Note: For more information about the scopes covered by the different tables, you can consult articles in the support centre under the heading Miscellaneous > BI - Business intelligence.
How to import BI data in Microsoft Excel
- In Microsoft Excel, in the Data section, select Get Data > From other sources > From OData feed.
- In the field URL, enter the BI service URL displayed in the BI Connector dialog in Winner Bizz.
- Enter the security key displayed in the BI connector dialog in the password field.
Note! The User name field is not mandatory.
- When the navigator dialog opens, you have the choice between Load or Transform data.

Load: display the data up to one million lines.

Transform data: display a preview of the thousands first lines and allow users to add filters, select the columns to be displayed etc.
Note: Always chose the column of the Primary key when selecting your columns. If you are not sure, the Primary key is in bold in the different BI scopes article available on the support centre.

The data is pre-filtered on the current year. It is possible to filter on another date with the Transform data option.
