You may wish to delete a catalogue from your database if, for example, you no longer use a supplier. Every time you download a catalogue update, the previous version is still retained in your database. Therefore it is recommended that you occasionally delete the old versions, using the multiple delete function, so that your database does not get overloaded and crash.
To delete an individual catalogue
At Sales level:
- Click Catalogues customization or Production catalogues on the menu bar.
- Select the catalogue to be deleted in the list of installed catalogues.
- Click Catalogue at the top left of the open window and select Delete.
Note: If you no longer wish to receive updates for a catalogue you have deleted, you will need to ask your local support team to remove it from your account.
