Merge External communication and Workflow

You may have notice that when clicking on External communication from the Application setting menu, a message is displayed.

The Workflow and external communication settings are merged together, which leads to a more complete customisation in a single window.

1. You can choose if the new step created will occur before or after the associated standard step.
   
   

2. Directly choose the content of the export and set the parameters.
   
   

3. Adapt the parameters in the Transfer settings section.
