In Winner Bizz, users can receive and make calls in one click. This function allows users to open a pop-up window for incoming calls, which show the telephone number and contact details of the caller, make and receive calls, and receive a notification for missed calls.

Installation and settings
In the Control Panel of your computer, check that the telephone line is set up in the Phone and Modem dialog. Set the line and modem with a name, the dialling code and code for outgoing calls.
Note! This must be done for the telephone function in Winner Bizz to work.
Then go to Winner Bizz > Communication > Communication settings > Telephony and tick Enable the telephony communication on the workstation. The telephony system will be automatically started and stopped with Winner Bizz.
Make a call
There are several ways to make a call with Winner Bizz.
Note: If the user sees an error message, check the phone number was entered correctly.
- Navigate to the customer or supplier list. Click on the contact and press the edit button. Then click on the Phone icon.
- In the Workflow assistant, hover the cursor over the client name to display the client contact details. Click on the Phone icon.
- In the missed call notification, click on the Phone icon.
Call notification
When a call is detected, a pop-up window will appear, showing the contact details, if the phone number is linked to a contact in Winner Bizz.
This alert remains open until the user responds. The missed call notification will stay pinned until you return the call or close the notification.
From the call notification, you have quick access to:
- Open the customer follow-up
- Create a task
- Add a note
- Answer the call
- Close the pop-up window and decline the call.
