Contacts in the Sales menus are separated into two categories, Leads/Prospects and Clients. A Lead is a contact without an associated project, a Prospect is a contact with an associated alternative or quotation, but without a sales contract, and a Client is a contact with an associated sales contract.
Leads/Prospect category
The Leads/Prospects tile is available on your Winner Bizz homepage. It regroups all the useful functions for a new customer, from the shop entry to the customer profile.
In the Workflow assistant, the Leads/Prospect is also available for the Lead/prospect management.
Project categorisation
Your projects are categorised according to the stage of the customer journey.
Project list filters

Projects in prospect: New projects, or projects with a quotation sent.

Projects in sales: Projects with a sales contract sent, or projects with a modified sales contract requested.

Projects in processing: Projects approved for order, with a request to cancel order or an order cancelled, partially ordered to supplier, supplier order cancelled, to be reordered, partially received, or partially delivered.

Projects All: All projects active and pending, which excludes the projects set as Finished, Lost and Archived.

Projects Lost: Projects set as Lost and Definitely Lost.

Projects Finished: Projects set as Finished.
- Projects Archived: Projects set as Archived, manually or automatically.
