Import and export user filters and user interface

In Winner Bizz, if the user has prepared User filters or User interface on an independent database, that the user wants to apply to an installation, users can import and export it via the Import/Export settings.

Users can export these settings from a specific user. When importing, users can decide to import them to the current connected user or to all users.
