Use the advanced calculation mode

In Winner Bizz, users can use the advanced calculation mode. With this mode, users will have the calculation details inserted as item lines in the quotation.

Use transport packages

In the first list, enter transport packages based on delivery distances (1) by clicking Add.

Users can enter a customised Description to define the package, which will then appear in the quotation.

Then, the transport package with the corresponding price will be automatically generated (1).

In the second list, users will be able to enter Additional costs (2).

When creating a quotation, users will have the possibility to enter the distance, which will automatically select the corresponding transport price, and an eventual additional cost line in Winner Design.

Users can also choose how the calculation will occur (3):

• Automatically: The calculation will be applied when the user saves their design in Winner Design, provided there is no sales contract.
  
  
• After user confirmation: The user will be noticed before doing the calculation.
  
  
• Manually: The user will need to apply the calculation manually.

Use installation time packages

If the user wishes to generate a detailed installation quotation, users can use the advanced calculation mode. It will allow the user to get installation item lines, depending on the content of the quotation.

Indeed, depending on the content of the quotation, each item will belong to a specific category, with its proper installation time in minutes. Users can also enter a customised description for each category, which will appear on the quotation (1).

Note: if the user does not add a description, the default name of the category will appear on the quotation. 

Then, depending on the category and duration of the installation which were previously set, users can give a reference price (2).

In this advanced mode, users can also enter additional costs (3).

If the user does not want the customer to see all the details, users can group them all together in a single line in the quotation printout, by ticking the checkbox Merge all installation costs as unique item line on the printing form (4).

Users can also choose how the calculation will occur (5):
