In Winner Bizz users can create sales documents, such as quotations, sales contracts and other documents, to print or export as .pdf files and send via e-mail.
At the Homepage:
- Select Sales > Projects.
- In the Projects list, left-click to select the desired alternative.
Note: If a project has multiple alternatives, the user must also select the alternative. - In the Workflow assistant, located on the right side of the screen, under Sales, select a document to print, for example, Print sales contract.
- In the Alternative dates window, enter the required dates into the relevant fields and click Save.
- In the Printing list, left-click to select the desired form. Users can then:
- Click Print to print a hardcopy of the selected form.
- Click Send and select PDF by email to export the selected form as a .pdf file and send to the customer via e-mail.
- Users can also click Preview to view the document before it is printed or sent.
Note: Documents that are printed or sent via e-mail will automatically be archived in the Customer follow-up.
